Jeremy has over 20 years senior management experience with local & international manufacturing and engineering businesses. Jeremy joined the ATC/JBC Group in 2015.
Adam joined JBC in 2022 as Projects Director, bringing with him 14 years of rich experience in the Building Management Systems (BMS) industry, with a strong focus on Project Delivery and Energy Management. As a key member of the JBC Management Team, he leads the Projects Team in delivering comprehensive, end-to-end solutions for both new and retrofit BMS projects.
Under Adam's guidance, the team excels in every facet of project execution, from system and panel design to health and safety compliance, procurement, installation, commissioning, and final handover. His extensive expertise with leading BMS platforms - including TREND, Tridium, Siemens, and WEMS - ensures that JBC remains at the forefront of the industry, providing clients with innovative and effective energy management solutions.
Jarrad brings over a decade of senior management and business development expertise, complemented by an impressive 16 years in electrical engineering and systems integration across both local and international landscapes.
Since joining the ATC/JBC Group in 2024, he has made a significant impact by orchestrating the engineering team to ensure seamless service, efficient commissioning, and swift response to breakdowns. Jarrad's leadership not only drives operational excellence but also fosters innovation, making him a pivotal force in advancing JBC's mission to deliver exceptional engineering solutions.
Graham joined JBC in 2022, bringing extensive experience in sales within the VRF and ventilation sectors. He has worked with prominent companies such as Daikin UK, Nuaire, and Panasonic UK, building strong relationships with contractors and consultants to deliver tailored solutions.
His connection with JBC dates back to the late 1990s when, as an account manager at Wolseley’s Controls division, he managed the account during the company’s earlier days as John Berry Controls. This early relationship provided him with a deep understanding of the industry and the company’s operations.
Since joining the team, Graham has cultivated relationships with both new and existing clients, securing prestigious projects and contributing significantly to JBC's continued success.
Simon has been a part of the controls industry since 1993, beginning his career at Satchwell Controls after completing an HNC in Electrical Engineering and a Diploma in Computer Studies.
